  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags, price stickers, and original packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Pickup and Transit

  Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once the item passes our quality audit at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
